Suzy primarily teaches Power Vinyasa; a dynamic flow that marries breath to movement, and is designed to build strength and stamina in your asana practice. Suzy offers a variety of posture modifications so you feel like the strongest version of yourself and leave feeling confident in your abilities on and off the mat.
