Like many, Lauren was initially drawn to yoga for the physical benefits. After over a decade of personal practice, she discovered its deeper, transformative power—both mentally and spiritually—which inspired her to pursue her certification.

Vinyasa flow is her favorite style to teach, as it offers a beautiful opportunity to synchronize breath and movement, allowing both herself and her students to cultivate a deeper connection to the body and spirit. She loves creating creative, dynamic sequences that inspire students to explore new poses within a supportive, safe space.
