
Becki's journey to yoga all began with her love of health and fitness. As a collegiate athlete, she was always looking for ways to become stronger and better. This led her to becoming a personal trainer, where she was first introduced to yoga by taking classes at the gym. At first it was just a way to become more limber and help with her running. It wasn't until joining a yoga studio in 2021 that she found her calling: diving headfirst into yoga and learning any and everything she could. Being a busy mom and coach, she finally achieved her goal in 2024 by finishing her 200hr-yoga teacher training. She teaches a vinyasa-style flow focusing on mind and body alignment, incorporating breathwork and mindfulness. She is also certified in kids yoga. Becki’s passion for teaching kids comes from her own experience parenting. She understands how much kids need to balance full effort with stillness. Her philosophy with kiddos is to let yoga be fun.
