Adrienne Byard Banks
Adrienne, together with her husband, are the studio owners of Yoga Moderne. Adrienne feels called to create a safe, third space for people, away from work/school and home.  Adrienne is from Stilwell, Kansas and before that, Martin City, Missouri.  After studying in New York City and Brooklyn, she was not surprised to find that there were more people loving staying in the Midwest and living out in the country, but also desperately wanting that place to be inclusive and welcoming for all people irrespective of background.

As a yoga teacher, Adrienne treats her practice as an act of centering and devotion.  She hopes you have fun and leave feeling better.  Most importantly, she hopes that you feel like you belong practicing yoga.
