All Levels is open to students with mixed experience.  Your teacher will offer options in poses (modifications, expressions) to allow different students to practice the same sequence however feels most appropriate in their bodies that day.  We encourage students to take Basics until they feel ready to take another step further in their practice.  Check out each Teacher's profile for more details on their style and what to expect.
